“Shoddy item and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend. You can barely see the image on the crystal that was sent to me. Not at all like the pictures on their website. They advised they would send me another better quality crystal which never happened. Then when chasing, didn't respond to my communications.”

“Sorry to say disappointed with my order (heart shaped key ring) So small engraved picture nothing like the examples shown on website. If only you could have seen you example before clicking ok, possibility could have changed photo to address image. Such a shame as photo were of one of my recent lost pet. Plus had no pink light as stated. Sadly won’t be buying again.”

“InCrystals have sent me an email to review them so I gave 1 star. I emailed them as it states on the website to upgrade delivery to next day after processing for £8, I received no reply. I was supposed to receive a tracking number for normal delivery which I didn't and I'm still waiting for my crystal to be delivered 5 days late now. So I can only give a bad review.”

“InCrystals are excellent in their presentation of product and the supply is extremely quick. The product itself is of fabulous quality and they have never failed to amaze me how they can produce such beautiful products totally encapsulated and produced/etched from a photograph. I would highly recommend them on price, quality and service.”

“Not great quality only colour red was expecting a colour change to several colours one bulb not working ,to much effort to send back due to disability,so will keep and look for another else where.will not buy again fron incrystals sorry.”
