“While there were a few bumps along the way after ordering the Indow inserts (incorrect address on the shipping label after confirming it twice with a representative prior to shipment; 15 week production time due to supply issues) they have ultimately been a success for our tenant, who says they reduce noise pollution by 70-80%. Great product.”

“When the cold weather sets in that will be the test! I found the process relatively easy after a few false starts. I used the videos to help me. It was a little difficult for me to use the laser measuring tool, because I already had blinds installed and my windows are tall - I am short - and I didn't know how to take them down and reinstall, and I really didn't want to do that. So there was a bit of guess work involved. I held my breath when the inserts arrived. It was a really tight fit, but I got them in. The hard part was getting them up underneath the blinds and shoving them into place, but I did it. They fit snuggly. Now I have to figure out how to better insulate my front door and I should be comfortable in my downstairs this winter. Builders grade is almost as bad as Historic Preservation sometimes. Wish me luck.”

“They are great. We live next to a busy street, so noise abatement was our primary interest. They have significantly reduced street noise, and we'd definitely recommend these to anyone.”

“The only issue I had was with the delay. I understand you had problems with material but your long email explanation blaming the delay on your moving to a new facility left me baffled. Too much info”

“We were kept well-informed of production delays due to Covid. Our Indows finally arrived well protected but lots of packing materials to recycle including lumber which may be problematic for some people. Our windows are fairly large so installation was somewhat cumbersome, but they fit well. They have definitely decreased the amount of traffic noise we hear and have made our bedroom a much more quiet and peaceful place to sleep. They are expensive but still cheaper than a triple or offset double pane replacement window.”

“After our first summer with Indow inserts in 3 older bay windows in our living room, we are thoroughly impressed with how much they have reduced road noise and improved temperature comfort in the room. Two minor things to be even better would have been a true white frame option and a reusable container for off-season storage.”

“Please post the following the following review if need: I have 2 bedroom windows. One faces an a cross intersection of a major boulevard and highway. It is fair to say that placing this insert in the noise facing window has eliminated all traffic noise. I am shocked how much of an impact this has had.”

“Definitely worth the price. I live at a busy cross-section, speed limit is 35 mph, cars will usually spin out ,screech their tires and travel in excess of 50 mph. Easiest way to describe the windows performance would be that I no longer hear cars or midsize trucks go by. Screeching tires, vehicles that are modified to make noise are now reduced by about 65% I’m no longer shuttering every time any vehicle blast past my house. I’m able to sleep in this room with my head next to the window without any issue. It is allowed me to be in my living room in peace and without distraction. I would definitely recommend this product fortunately no other windows in the house have this noise problem otherwise I would purchase a second if needed.”

“It was a bit of work to get the window insert into the frame. But it was worth every dime now that I have blocked the excessive noise of a window air conditioner unit from my neighbor. Excellent customer service. Martin is absolutely fantastic with explaining how everything works and helping me with installing the insert. Overall a great experience.”

“I purchased acoustic grade window inserts to help with the absurd levels of noise pollution in my neighborhood. While the noise is still audible, it has been reduced enough that I can hear my computer, phone, and thoughts again. While it may not be as effective as increasing the distance between myself and the source of noise by several zip codes, it makes it so that I am at least able to ignore what noise does come in rather than feel it buzzing in my ears as I'm trying to sleep. I believe Indow has improved my quality of life in my home compared to before I used their product. The insert does what it is supposed to do.”
