“Just completed our trip and were pleasantly surprised how well organized it was. We were met at the airport, taken to excellent quality hotels, everything was super with knowledgeable tour guides. And, the program was well thought out and interesting. The tour guides were able to also answer all questions regarding the country, history, culture. Would highly recommend Indus Travel and hope to travel in the future through them as well.”

“This was my first international trip and first group trip. It was flawless, except for the checking in with Swiss Air online, which I don't believe had anything to do with Indus. Our guide was fantastic, hotels, bus, price - all of it was a fabulous first trip experience. Only suggestion might be more free time for exploring w/o guide - but that might have been be design by our group. Loved pretty much everything about it. Thank you Indus!”

“My trip to India and Nepal was wonderful. The guide I had in India was exceptional, his knowledge and enthusiasm for his county and culture were infectious. I felt fully emerged in the India culture because of home. As for Nepal, it was a dream of mine to be able to visit. The only negative I have is in Nepal we really didn't have a guide to provide any information about the culture. I would highly recommend this tour!”

If you’re after sun-kissed beaches and aquatic adventures, look to the Algarve. Lisbon, Portugal's capital is filled with cobbled alleyways, white-domed cathedrals and grand civic squares – a captivating scene crafted over centuries. Sintra i is a resort town in the foothills of Portugal’s Sintra Mountains, near the capital, Lisbon. A longtime royal sanctuary, its forested terrain is studded with pastel-colored villas and palaces. The Moorish- and Manueline-style Sintra National Palace is distinguished by dramatic twin chimneys and elaborate tilework. This is a must-experience beauty. Porto for its famous Port wine. You must see the São Francisco Church is known for its lavish baroque interior with ornate gilded carvings.. São Jorge Castle, sometimes known in English as Saint George's Castle is unique and one wonders how did mankind build such a castle in the sixteenth century. Overall a visit to Portugal is a must-see as it broadens your knowledge of how rich this country was during the sixteenth century. “We recently took the 10 day Egypt tour with Indus Travel and we're very pleased. We had a 5 day cruise on the Nile on the Le Fayan and thought it was a good value for the money. Our guide while on the ship was Raymon. We have been on many guided tours over the years and Raymon was by far the best guide we have had. He was very personable and informative. Would recommend this tour.”

The Indus staff at each city were superb. It is important to know it is a very active daily schedule with long adventurous days that include lots of walking to see the ancient ruins. Hotels, food and tour guide were excellent. Indus Customer service staff, Candida Williams was very helpful and cooperative in every step. Big thanks to her.”

“What an amazing time! Our guides were good story tellers and really made our visit very memorable. They took care of us, ensuring we got authentic vegan food presented in typical restaurants (and tried many new and different meals). Their knowledge came fluidly and entertainingly. The two Sunset stops we had (lake and camel) were disappointing to us. The lake because we assumed it would be a boat sunset. The camel because one of the animals wassick, looked terrible and didn't walk well. Also, we were just dumped on a sand dune with 100 other people. (Water should've been suggested, also.) We did dislike all the driving, but it was worth it for all the wonderful sites we visited. And I have to say that Powan was a fabulous driver!”
