“I had a problem getting the printer to recognize the cartridge. I called customer service and they were a great help going above and beyond their product to help get it running.”

“Works great in my printer so far. Only complaint at this point is all the toner that was on the outside of the boxes. Made a mess when I was unpacking them. I don’t think it leaked from the cartridges as they were properly sealed in plastic bags.”

“I have done business with InkTonerStore for some time, with outstanding results. Recently, however, I had a compatibility problem with three cartridges I purchased for my HP Laser Jet printer and an identical one purchased as a gift for a friend. I called the InkTonerStore and spoke with Chris. He was very understanding and genuinely wanted to help resolve the issue to my satisfaction. He promptly mailed to me replacement cartridges from another manufacturer that function perfectly, believing they would work. He was right! I want to thank the InkTonerStore and Chris, in particular, for outstanding customer service! I will continue doing business with that company and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.”
