“Very pleased with one of the toners I purchased. The other one has a problem and they are in the process of fixing and replacing that toner cartridge. Great company to deal with.”

“I received the order within about a week but when I went to put one of the black toners in my machine and I twisted off that little piece Black Ink started running out of it a little bit so it made a little bit of a mess so if something could be done there that would help”

“Great customer service. The first set of toner I received did not work with my operating system, however the coll not any was very responsive. I was able to speak with a real person on the phone (without a long phone tree!) and they quickly shipped me a new set of toner. The new toner works perfectly and I am back up and running!”
