“The toners I got, both for HP and Brother are excellent. However, the ink for HP initiated a message that it was not compatible. Your instructions told me to ignore it, which I did, but the printer refused to ignore the message and refused to print.”

“I ordered a laser cartridge for my Brother printer but when delivered the sub postal driver left the package on the edge of my driveway in front of the garage door. Because I always back my car into the garage, I did not see the package and ran over it. The USPS, Fed Ex and UPS are required by us to leave any/all packages at the front door! My wife contacted Stephanie and explained; she immediately sent us a replacement plus she let the USPS know what happened. The replacement arrived but was the wrong cartridge; Stephanie immediately sent us the correct cartridge. We have not received it yet as Denver is in the midst of a winter storm watch with 1 to 2 FEET of snowfall over the weekend; we may not get mail for several days. We certainly appreciate the expedient way Stephanie went out of her way to take care of our problem; I have already passed your web site on to others. When my wife contacted the USPS about this problem, they said "Here, fill-out these forms"; Ha!! Our regular mail carrier will soon return and will be made aware of what his sub did (or rather, did NOT do). Thanks, Stephanie. Gene & Jean King”

“I had a very old copier which finally ran out of toner. I could not find the toner cartridge anywhere, and then I stumbled onto inktoner.com Not only did they have it in stock, it was reasonably priced and it was shipped out to me immediately. I highly recommend this site.”
