“I ordered ink for my printer, Which it dint fit, I contacted Jamie Nicholson and she guide me trought the process of changing end tabs on the cartridges and my printer worked, Not too good, I had to order a new toner cartridge and it worked, Thanks guys at InkTonerStore.”

“First time customer. InkTonerStore made a very good first impression with quick clear communication immediately after the initial purchase. they certainly made a strong first impression the customers are important to them. Toner cartridge arrived two days earlier than expected, which suggests very good organization and efficiency. Will definitely be my first choice next time we are looking for toner cartridges.”

“While InkTonerStore accidentally shipped me the wrong ink cartridges they were very prompt and professional in regards to the error. Once they were able to verify the problem they offered to ship me out the correct cartridges and just advised me to keep the old ones rather than go to the effort to return them. Although I don't have the new cartridges yet if all goes well I will plan to use their services in the future.”

“You have a customer for life in me after my experience with your employee, Jamie. She totally solved my complicated toner problem that was causing me major headaches with my work-from-home office. She was kind, considerate, really professional, patient and figured out what was wrong really quickly. I also was so happy someone answered the phone! It would have been such a different experience with Staples or Best Buy when it takes 10 minutes to even get a person on the line! Jamie was really, really awesome. Thank you!”

“Cartridges fit my HP Envy perfectly. Have printed several documents and am very happy with the results. I bought the XL, but I haven’t had them long enough to determine just how long they will last. I’m pretty confident though that they will be fine. Saved me some money over the cost of OEM so I am pleased with that as well. Pretty sure Ink Toner Store has a new customer.”
