“I ordered an ink cartridge and it says it shipped on 12/13/23 but I did not get it until 12/20/23. Seems like it took a long time to ship. I have not put it in my printer yet so I cannot say if it is working okay or not.”

“Ironically, you never know how well a company stands by its products and services until a mistake is made. I received a toner cartridge instead of a Drum. Your customer service was quick to identify the mistake and send out a replacement. No problems at all.”
