“I needed an ink cartridge for an ancient Canon photocopier. I ordered one and unfortunately it didn’t work but when I called about it, I received excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company!”

“Always had good experiences with this vendor except for the cyan toner cartridge I replaced with my latest order. The new one is fine but the one that was replaced went haywire just after it was too late to arrange a return. Hopefully that was a rare fluke!”

“I was doubtful about buying non-HP cartridges. But, after speaking to InkTone store Kayla who assured me that they will send out replacements if any issues. Well, I ordered it and all the cartridges work well. Buying from InkTonerStore cost me 1/4 of buying HP cartridges. I will buy from InkTonerStore again.”
