“I could not be MORE pleased with the Ink Toner Store. I bought from another source for many years. However, they stopped carrying the toner drums for my OKI C5800 model. Luckily for me, I found another source! l also checked on their toner cartridges and was blown away with the savings I will have from now on. I ordered the drum and a toner cartridge. Trust me when I say, I will be back for all my needs. We have other printers as well. Thank you!!!”

“We received the printer toner in a timely manner. It was less expensive than the Brother toner, so we will be ordering all of our toners from the Ink Toner Store. We didn't quite understand how to load the cartridge so we called and were walked through the problem by an English speaking person. Response time was immediate.”

“I had ordered the wrong ink toner cartridges and I called. Your representative looked up my old order and immediately sent the correct cartridges and labels to return the wrong ones. She was outstanding and so nice to deal with. Outstanding customer service. The very best!”

There was only one time that there was an issue with a cartridge we received and the problem was very easily resolved and a new cartridge was sent promptly.
