“I am very impressed with the professional and prompt response from Kayla. She is very pleasant to work with and since we could not get 3 cartilages to work in my printer she offered to send replacements. I am glad to try the replacements because, at the end I just need cartridges that will work. I can print because I did have 1 new cartridge from my stock.”

“Toner fits my Canon perfectly and also is working great. I wish you had a slip in the box saying how to dispose of it (for the previous toner), I don't think it is suppose to go in our Landfill.”

“Always had good experiences with this vendor except for the cyan toner cartridge I replaced with my latest order. The new one is fine but the one that was replaced went haywire just after it was too late to arrange a return. Hopefully that was a rare fluke!”
