I was out of town for some time when I returned home I did need the ink that was ordered in May after the new was in use I received a call from InkToner to tell me their was some problem with my ink and that a replacement was on the way. “My first encounter with your store was out of this world even though directions changed from those first given. The toner cartridge you sent did not work I called and you sent a new cartridge that not only worked but even had the correct chips in it. In my second order, the cartridges worked but the chips were not correct and though they worked as nonidentifiable cartridges they do not show the level of toner in the machine. When I called to ask about this. I was told it sometimes happened. The cartridges that arrived did not list my printer on them. However with that said. They are working fine. The colors produced are vivid and more than satisfactory. The folks I spoke with were polite and congenial. The Warranty for life is exactly what I wanted. Prices were good. (I could have spent less but I trust the company)”
