“I was very leery in putting my trust in a .com to handle my toner orders. I had a slight issue on my first order. But was very impressed with their customer service and follow up. I am now a loyal customer.”

“This is my second purchase from the Ink Toner Store and so far I have more than satisfied. I used to but factory toners and refill them myself when they ran out. For 3 to 4 dollars more I get new toners and no mess of trying to refill the old toners. I don't think I get as many pages out of the toners I buy from Ink Toner Store as I do the factory new toners, BUT there is no comparison dollar wise as to which is the better deal.”

“I got a lot of caveats about buying a "generic" laser jet toner cartridge, but it works fine, I am totally satisfied, and I saved over $50. I am not a business and can't write-off the cost of supplies. I think everyone should consider the internet as their first choice for printer supplies.”

“The toner worked but I almost returned it. There was a strip I had to pull out to get it to work. I did not see any instructions to do that, but when the cartridge did not work I looked it over and took a chance by pulling on a tab until a strip came all the way out. The toner worked good after that.”

“Thank you for your prompt shipping of the toner cartridge. My one question is regarding whether the type of cartridge shipped to me is compatible with my OKI Model 410d printer. I realize that it could be interchangeable with a number of printers but the packaging did not indicate this. The Invoice which accompanied the cartridge provided only general printer model compatibility usage. I would appreciate a reply at your convenience. Thank you. G. Dervis”

“The major problem that I have is when I receive the toner the valve was open for the chamber so when I pull the tape out everything went on the floor.”

“The toner for my Laser Jet p1102w arrived quickly and it works. I suggest the following: Include written/printed instructions with the shipment. I am a computer illiterate 77 year old. I did not know what to do. My 12 year old grand daughter knew what to do.”

“Didn't know if this was a legitimate place, so we ordered only one and found out that they were legitimate. Our company had been buying ink from a big box store and we paid over a $100 for our fax machine ink as well as all the printers in the store. The ink through this company was great. We did a test to see how many sheets of paper the name brand did vs. the inktoner store and let me tell you almost identical the inktoner store is a great place to get ink. The shipping was very fast and the people are great. We are going to get ALL of our ink through this company. This is a great place to shop!!!!! The business is not mine, but bottom line is we need to save money. This is great for anyone, we are a small business and this place helped us save thousands a year so thank you so much for helping us!!!!!!!!!”
