“The cartridge works but I found another site that has the same toner for about 1/3 the price...including shipping. I believe my credit card was hacked after ordering from your site as well. I won't be back.”

“My second experience with InkTonerStore was as good as the first. First time around, included in the shipment was a compatible for an obscure HP inkjet fax unit, and it did not work. The communication with Stephanie was quick, efficient, and in a few days another one arrived that worked perfectly. In the latest order I received a compatible toner cartridge for a popular Samsung printer--it works as well as the manufacturer's, and for fifty bucks less. This online store is a great resource. Very satisfied. -RS”

“a sample problem but it should not to waiting a 10 days to get services. Call Samsung for a problem need to waiting 48 hours to action and that not include weekend. Then, your office cannot call me back to check what going on and need me to call to make appointment. The appoint need another week to set tech to our house for services. The problem can be avoid when the deliver-man take 5 minute to show the user how to make work, because the manual did not clear explain the function.”
