“I was really surprised to see my order arrive the next day. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! I haven't used one of the four cartridges yet as I ordered them as my back up replenishment (If I had been in a jam, they would have come just in time.) John (Author: Jay Anthony)”

“I've only used my printer with the new toner for a couple of times but it's printing great. I can't believe I was about to pay $178 at Office Depot for the same toner. I'm very happy with the product so far and I'm glad I found this company.”

“Unfortunately I will need to send both the yellow and Magenta toner cartridges back to your store because after installing and booting the printer up it indicates an error on the printer display and computer screen. Apparently HP software senses whether new cartridges installed are genuine HP or not. The cartridges are supposed to be compatible with our printer. (Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw) I will send the cartridges back today or tomorrow. Please tell me what I need to do in the process of returning them. Thank you.”

“The price was right, but I got what I paid for. The printing is too light, but the worst part is it leaves a shadow of ink on the whole page. The quality is quite poor, and I'll have to replace it if I need to print something important. That's not good value. It's just cheap.”

“Although the salesperson I dealt with was super nice, and they refunded our purchase price, two different toner cartridges did not work in our printer. There were bubble looking smears.”

“The ordering process was quick and easy but the product itself does not provide the same print quality as other brands. The print is light black almost grey tone. I changed the settings on my printer to darken the print and it still is printing in a light shade.”
