“I installed the inktonner just like I always have done. About 5 or 6 days later. Every time I started to print from the labtop to the printer the paper would jam. The toner cartridge on the left side would install like always but the right side would not go in because of a triangle inside the printer. I looked @ the inktonner cartridge and saw the same triangle on the right bottom side. I alighned the triangle so the inktonner cartridge would slide into the triangle slot. The printer still is jamming as the paper goes past the inktonner cartridge, to be printed. How can I return the inktonner cartridge for a new one.”

“I could not be MORE pleased with the Ink Toner Store. I bought from another source for many years. However, they stopped carrying the toner drums for my OKI C5800 model. Luckily for me, I found another source! l also checked on their toner cartridges and was blown away with the savings I will have from now on. I ordered the drum and a toner cartridge. Trust me when I say, I will be back for all my needs. We have other printers as well. Thank you!!!”

“We received the printer toner in a timely manner. It was less expensive than the Brother toner, so we will be ordering all of our toners from the Ink Toner Store. We didn't quite understand how to load the cartridge so we called and were walked through the problem by an English speaking person. Response time was immediate.”

“I had ordered the wrong ink toner cartridges and I called. Your representative looked up my old order and immediately sent the correct cartridges and labels to return the wrong ones. She was outstanding and so nice to deal with. Outstanding customer service. The very best!”

“We've been using InkTonerStore for our business for a few years now. We receive our orders very quickly. There was only one time that there was an issue with a cartridge we received and the problem was very easily resolved and a new cartridge was sent promptly. “I ordered a HP Photosmart 8150, 97 Ink cartridge costing over $84, which would not work in my printer. I called tech support and found out that there were different letters next to the model number of the cartridge. Unfortunately, the one that was sent was the wrong one. The agent offered to sell me the correct 97 cartridge for $54 +. I was very annoyed. Why didn’t customer service tell me to check the model number on the inkjet cartridge so that I would receive a working replacement. Your service sucks.”
