“The copy machine cartridge is absolute junk from China. It prints with dark stripes down one side. The customer service from Jamie was excellent as a replacement was sent the next day. However, this was also junk. The packaging says clearly not OEM so maybe its better to pay more and specify one made here.”

“Ink in retail stores are so costly. This is the reason I order online from you. I liked the fact I can get a dual pack for less than what I can buy in the store. You will get my orders for ink as I need it in the future. Shipping is quick also. So I don't have to wait weeks for my ink to come.”
