“Not Happy with ink product. I purchased 2 black ink cartridges last year for my Oki C5500n printer and both are reading empty when I install them in my printer and this is after I put in a new black drum. 407-791-3319. Please ignore previous review this matter has been rectified.”

“I've used your products for many yers in my Dell 1133 printer and found the cartridges to be excellent quality and long-lasting. I usually wait for your 15% discounts to reorder, but recently I overlooked using my discount code word. No problem...I called your 800 number to report my oversight and a credit was immedicatly sent to my credit card. Thanks for your usual quick service and your integrity. I'll always recommend y ou to my computer friends.”

“I purchased two ink cartiriges, on line, from the InkTonerStore. I received the two cartiriges, but they didn't work properly. I phoned company and spoke with customer service and was given two options. The options were a refund or send two new cartiriges. I chose the new cartiriges and received them in the mail in two days. They worked great! I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their products. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC.”

“I returned the toner cartridges to the West Chester, Pennsylvania, warehouse. i do not want any products from China. China has destroyed the integrity of quality, environmental safety and is stabbing the United States in the back internationally. I was told that there was fraud on my account. Patrice Bernier”

“Reasonably priced laser toner for my brother printer. The quality of the cartridges has always been good, except one time and I Bree had it. Replaced free from the ink toner store. No questions asked these people are the real deal. Wonderful, Customer Service, good pricing and fast shipping for free”
