“New toner that I bought in your store has very bad quality. Black powder smears all the sheets, it’s a shame in front of the clients. I will never buy anything from your store again”

“This particular toner is so much cheaper than going to Office Max to buy. The quality of this toner is comparable to the more expensive brand of toner. I have never had an issue with this brand of toner. I am very happy with it.”

“My first encounter with your store was out of this world even though directions changed from those first given. The toner cartridge you sent did not work I called and you sent a new cartridge that not only worked but even had the correct chips in it. In my second order, the cartridges worked but the chips were not correct and though they worked as nonidentifiable cartridges they do not show the level of toner in the machine. When I called to ask about this. I was told it sometimes happened. The cartridges that arrived did not list my printer on them. However with that said. They are working fine. The colors produced are vivid and more than satisfactory. The folks I spoke with were polite and congenial. The Warranty for life is exactly what I wanted. Prices were good. (I could have spent less but I trust the company)”
