“I am very impressed with INKTONERSTORE.COM. I have ordered from other companies and have never cared for the packaging of the toner when I received it. I am very satisfied with the quality of service I received with my purchase. It was a small order and during bad weather; however, they kept me posted about my purchase and it's arrival.”

“I had been ordering my toner at ink toner store since Dec 2020. When ever I had issues customer service was great about fixing it. This last time, customer service wanted to refund my money instead of replacing my black toner. They initially replaced it but that replaced had issues so that is why refund my money. Even though I didn't want that option, I wanted another replacement. They didn't care about losing my business. I feel that is poor customer service and their product doesn't hold up. I went and bought a brand new Canon black toner for my printer and had no issues with it. I would not order for them!”
