“I heard about InkTonerStore from my husband whose IT guy at work recommended the store for the school's ink and toner needs. I opted for regular 5 days delivery and was surprised when the item arrived on the second. I was also impressed with the quality of the toner, and patted myself on the back that I was able to purchase a much needed item for $19.99 instead of paying $60 at the local office supply store.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Haven't yet installed the cartridges yet so can't affirm quality. But I expect them to be as good as their ordering and delivery.”

“Stephanie, I order ink toner for a 3115cn copier, all four. I never received a confirmation or tracking number, therefore I order from another supplier. Just looking at my bank statement I discovered I had be charged $204.00 with no info. I tracked it back to inktoner store. I was told the toner would be delivered a certain date. Without any information I did not know anything else about this transaction rather than looking and finding I had been debited for it which caused some minor problems. I'm now in the process of trying to get the charge credited back to my account. Still can't find any information on what is happening. This in all likelihood a isolated incident but I'm worried about getting my money back. The packaged was refused from Fed-Ex but this is little consolation as to what is going on. Therefore, I rate this service as poor. The supplier used was very prompt from the minute of the transaction with all kinds of tracking and billing information.”

Hi Julian. We are sorry to hear that you have the trouble. If a customer does not receive the order confirmation and tracking number emails, it is usually because there is a typo of the email address when placing the order or the emails went to the spam folder. Anyway the money will be credited back to your account shortly and again we apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks.

“Prompt service, very inexpensive, fast shipping and great follow technical support. Had to return 1 tonner cartridge, no issues, prompt replacement, very courteous staff. Would highly recommend, no need to even look elsewhere ... here is where you want to be. p.s. a real person always answered the phone and U.S. based business.”

“The website was user friendly. Product was easily found for my printer. I ordered and paid for the product quickly and the product arrived also quickly and on time. I have not used the product yet because there is still some toner left in the one I have. Just did not want to run out before it got here. I am pleased with the service. I would give a "very good" rating after I see the quality of the ink.”
