“Website very easy to use. Toner for C5100N Okidata color laser printer was shipped immediately and arrived promptly. It works perfectly. “I recently ordered a Canon E-40 toner cartridge from the InkTonerStore and received it much sooner than I expected since it had been sent by priority mail. Unfortunately, I could not use it because, although the cartridge slid into the channel successfully, there was too much interference with the engagement sprockets to push it in all the way. I called the InkTonerStore and they offered to refund my money or send me another cartridge. I chose to receive another cartridge which they also sent by priority mail. It loaded into the copier with the engagement sprockets meshed properly and has performed very well.”
