“When I ordered ink jets replacements for my there was a mtstake in the oreder process and I received 3 orders instede of one. I tried to correct the problem and could not so I called customer service and spoke to a lady (JAMIE) who inn my opinioun is why your company runs on such smooth wheels and because of her I would recomend your products with out hesitation.”

“I always have a concern about ordering technology or toner cartridges online, especially for a slightly older color printer. The InkTonerStore was easy to find my toner, the price was much better than OEM toner cartridges and it was here in a few days. Slapped into the printer, it did it's 'thing' to prep the toner and and I happily printing color marketing pieces with vibrant, line free color! They are saved in my bookmarks for next time!”

“The pricing seemed to be too good to be true. I took a chance and ordered a toner cartridge and a drum unit. The toner was good, but the drum unit was faulty. I called them up and easily got a replacement drum. They respond quickly and helpfully. I will continue to buy toner and printer parts from them. I recommend them. --Michael Carr, Office Manager”

“I really like ordering my ink refills from Inktoner Store. Stephenie saw to it that my order was filled the next day and I received it not long afterward. I do not like to take a chance in running out of ink. I would recommend InkTonerStore to other people. Good job Stephanie! I appreciate you very much. “They had the toner for my 30-year old printer! Amazing! Everything was flawless from ordering, receiving, installation, and performing. Very fast delivery. The only question I had was, “What am I to do with the old cartridge?” I didn’t get any any instructions for the old cartridge.”

“This is the first time using the InkToner Store. I had quick delivery, the ink cartridge inserted quickly and the clarity of ink seems to be great. I also thought the price was right. I was wondering where I can send the used cartridges. HP would send a return envelope. Is there an address where I can send them?”
