“Dear Stephanie, Thank you so much for contacting me, I do not have good news for the InkTonerStore. All cartridges work fine except the magenta cartridge, see the attached pictures. “Shortly after intalling my new cartridges and printing one time my printer gives me a message that one or more are missing or damaged. I live on a fixed income and this is very disappointing now I have to go buy more ink because my printer won't print. This is not acceptable. I should be compensated for this expense.”

“This was my first experience with the InktonerStore. They were very pleasant and cooperative when I told them that the toner that they originally send didn't fit my printer. They walked me through the problem and sent the proper toner without any extra charge. Their price is way below the company I have been dealing with and the toner prints very well. Their packaging was also very secure and received in perfect shape.”
