“The toner I ordered did not fit in the printer model, even though it said it was compatible, so I had to return it. I will say the ordering was easy and it arrived quickly - so those are plusses - but just didn't work. I would use the store again in the future if need be.”

“Sadly it doesn't print from my HP 377dw. When installed into my HP 377dw, the machine states "Cannot guarantee printer performance with installed cartridges". To make them work, for each print, I must eject the cartridges and reinstall them. That will give me one print. I have to do this each time. I'm returning them.”
