“I recently purchased a 4 cartridge package for our HP color laser jet printer. All but one fit the replacement spaces properly. ICE311A did not. At this point, I left the old nearly empty cartridge in place. How do we fix this? Your service up to this point have be great.”

“I ordered a set of cartridges for my color printer. I didn't install them until over a year later. I found that the black cartridge was missing. I reported this to the InkTonerStore and they believed me! I fear that most businesses would have told me to take a hike. The shipping record did show the package to be light, supporting my claim. They were very cordial and polite through what could have been a painful ordeal. They are my number one supplier from now on!”

“I ordered 4 ink cartridges for my printer from the InkTonerStore. They sent them out immediately and I got them within 3 days. But they were the wrong size! I called to let them know and spoke with Jamie who was so nice. She immediately sent another corrected size order to me and did not blame me at all for the order mistake. Really good customer service I would say. What a breath of fresh air.”
