“It arrived and used it for about a week with no problem. Then my printer indicated the cartridge was not in correctly - it should be removed and reinstalled. I tried this several times and kept getting the same message. I inserted an HP cartridge and printer now works fine. Looks like I wasted my money with my purchase from you. Please remove me from your mailing list.”

“In general, I have had good luck with buying toner and drums for my Brother printer/copiers. Out of over 20 toners, I have had one that did not work and one that only lasted a short time. Still a decent savings.”

“Great product, amazing price, excellent value!! I would have paid almost 3 times if I had bought the original replacement for my brother printer. Instead I bought this one and could not be happier!!
