“Delivery was fast and the part fits and functions just like the original. I have only had the part for a short while, but so far so good. The factory part costs what I originally paid for the printer, so the aftermarket part made perfect sense at around $30.00.”

“I tried the cartridge and printer would not accept it. Kept saying to reinsert. After numerous attempts I had to buy a new cartridge and it worked first time. Cost should be refunded.”

“I thought that I'd filled out all of the required information(shopping cart complete, credit card info, etc.) and I clicked to complete the purchase, nothing happened. After trying unsuccessfully to complete the purchase, I gave up and left the site. Very quickly afterward I got an email from InkTonerStore saying that I had apparently had a problem; was given a link to return. I clicked on it and was back to the site with my original, filled shopping cart but with all the rest of my data deleted (rightfully). I reentered my original data. A couple of days later, the order appeared on my doorstep. Five stars for your perseverance and subsequent follow thru. (Profile: male, 85 yrs young, 63 yrs computer experience.)”

“I am very upset- I ordered lie $200 o cartridges that the ad claimed were compatible w ith the HP Laser Jet Printer I own. But they are not working because they do not have the proper chip. The printer refuses to print with them. I think I should get my money back by returning them to the InkToner store Connie Cordovilla”

“I have been ordering ink and toner for my clinic from InkTonerStore.com for several years. The orders arrive quickly and are well-packed. It is a great value for the money. Especially on the bundles they have available. It is less than half what I pay at the big office supply stores. I have had one ink cartridge that wouldn't work. It was quickly replaced with no hassle.”

“I am a long-time customer of Ink Toner Store. I order ink cartridges from them as needed. I became aware of their speedy service and responsive customer service during COVID-19. I always receive my ships fast, and their pricing/reward program is beneficial. They are so much better than going to the big box stores and cheaper. I have a small Samsung, and I have never run into a problem using their product.”

“The toner arrived in a timely manner. There were no instructions and I had a difficult time getting my printer to accept a generic toner but finally succeeded. HP makes it difficult but that’s not the inktonerstore problem, except it would have been nice to have someone to call/ chat”
