“The printer drum (ordered/received) was installed in the printer with the toner cartridge and then I tried to remove the cartridge and drum. But, it would not eject like prior drums have. And I called the inktoner support phone number. I told the support person that I could not get the drum to eject from the printer. I was instructed to look for possible release points, no such luck. With nothing else working to get the drum out I tried to muscle the drum out with a strong pull and it worked, the drum came out. After, which I ask them to help me reset the replace the drum flashing light on the panel. Excellent, instruction for that request.”

“As with most of these aftermarket products and stores, most don't measure up. Seem to work for a bit then... DONT. But this store, particularly, always exceeds our expectations. Cartridge's for a good price but best of all, heck, they work just like the OEM.”

“I'm not one to use online shopping. But when I changed my profession to a Real Estate Agent I found myself running out of time to run into our local office supply store. So I started using InkTonerStore. What a big help that is!! I've been using your store for about 4 years and I love it! I had a problem once with my magenta color cartridge was "leaking" One phone call and a few emailed pictures. I had a new cartridge in a few days! I have recommended InkTonerStore before and I will continue to do so! Thank you for the great deals and even better customer service!!”

“The imaging unit was under 5% life and my Samsung printer was no longer functioning properly. I popped the new imaging unit in along with my 70% used toner cartridge and restarted the printer. It purred back to life just like new. Works great for me!”
