“This is the second time ordering from InkTonerStore. The first time one of the cartridges wouldn't work; it was replaced quickly, at no charge. This time I have not yet used the new cartridges, but they arrived quickly, and I am confident they will either work or be replaced. The XL cartridges are a good value.”

“Okay, I was a little skeptical, but was so very impressed with how quickly I received my order, like in days. Then I realized I ordered the wrong toner. I called and your rep very quickly and kindly emailed me a label to return the wrong items, and the next day I had the correct toner cartridges. They advised they would give me credit for the returned items. I haven't checked yet to see if they did; but based on my interaction with them, I'm sure they did! THANK YOU for providing these toner cartridges at such a discounted price.”
