“our Brother printer at work needed a replacement drum. I searched for the drum online and the InkTonerStore had the best price. I placed the order - very user friendly, received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and the product on the date they said it would arrive! It works great in the printer and at half the price of the Brother drum. We are very satisfied with our experience and will purchase from the InkTonerStore again. Thank you!”

“Thanks. The ink cartridge that has been there in the printer is still continue to serve. I did not replace with the new one. When it happen I will certainly post my opinion. What I really appreciate now is that my order was instantly attended and it got delivered within a few days. Very good service. Await for my next E-mail. Thanks again. “Had a problem with the toner cartridges received and call the InkTonerStore. After a short discussion they indicated they would send me another set of cartridges. Cartridges were received the next day and problems were resolved. People in Customer Service are very nice to deal with and work to correct any problems immediately. Great CS, good company and would do business with them again.”

“Stephanie, I am thoroughly disgusted with my order! After installing the toner cartridges, I successfully maid eight color copies. The, everything went south after that. My magenta and cyan are out of alignment by an 1/8th of and inch yielding worthless color copies. I spent two hours going through troubleshooting, calibrating and cleaning with NO positive results. My time is valuable so I decided to order the true HP toner cartridges so I could get moving again. I will never use you again. It is not worth it. I am a very dissatisfied customer! Mike”

“The HP laser jet pro ink cartridges work great although they are not OEM products. I have ordered these products for a couple of years now and I only had one instance of a defective ink cartridge, which Ink Toner Store quickly resolved by sending a replacement cartridge. Everyone with whom I have spoken / contacted via e-mail have been very courteous and friendly. I recommend Ink Toner Store to anyone who has a HP laser jet printer.”
