“I was hesitant to purchase toner cartridges that were not Brother (brand). But, I did. And, for the approximate price of one, I purchased three...cyan, yellow, magenta. Excellent. So happy with the money savings. I will be back, and I will recommend to others. Thanks!”

“I find it difficult to write a review on a product such as this, owing to the fact that toner cartridges and image drums are usually ordered before they are needed. As such, the items remain in their unopened carton and will probably remain so for the next two to three weeks. In defense of your decision to seek such a preemptive evaluation, I would comment that the shipping was admirable and the box is so nice that I'll probably re-purpose it for another use. “InkToner, handle their business well and professionally. I have made on order for some ink cartridges and to my surprise the inks were delivery to my address so quick. When I have taken the inks to its right destination, the first thing a manager said, that was quick.”

“I received a toner ink cartridge that produced a ghosting area. The printout had bubble like splotches in the background. Called them and they said send them a picture. After I sent them the pictures, the printout began to get better. I emailed them It was fine not bad at all. They insisted they send me a new cartridge anyway. They stand behind their products... I'm pro InkToner Store!”

“I have had two toners sent to me and unfortunately both were bad. One was broken and the other producers shades of thick gray lines on the paper. However with that said Inktoner store has done a great job of giving me the benefit of the doubt and have shipped me another cartridge at no extra cost, and this goes the same for the previous two. I will continue to shop with them for future toner. I have also mentioned to my family and friends how they have done a wonderful job of handling the situation. Thank you, inktoner store.”

“Your price was better than local box stores even with the shipping cost added. I got the item in a very short time from when I ordered. Any friends who need ink for their printer I'll tell them about you all. I will do all my ordering at your place from now on. I do all Fire Company Incident reports, so I use lots of ink over time.”
