“Great product, fast shipping and well packaged. I had an original hp cartridge in the laser printer and toner was being left on the page. I replace that original hp cartridge with my new one from your store and it is back printing perfectly! I will definitely order my next one again from you. Highly recommend.”

“Horrible. Printing now prints very faded. Had bought two and tried second with same results. Then went right to hp for there cartridge and printer now works fine. Ink store toners no good waste of money stay away”

“We ordered cartridges that were supposed to be suitable for copier PC 170. My husband ordered replacement toner cartridges that said they were suitable for 20 and 40. What we got seems to be suitable for 40 only. It works very badly (very dark, almost unreadable) or not at all (huge bands of black, and error messages on the copier). This is not working.”

“Prompt delivery, ordered on Friday, received by Tuesday, packaged securely. Product installed and seems to be working fine. Just now to see how much printing we get from cartridge.”

“I have only recently purchased from InkToner Store. I've not used the products yet. I do know they have quick on line service. Product received was well packaged with no signs of defects. We are hoping the product provides the same quality as well. Wish I could give more but until we actually use the product I wouldn't be being honest.. So I will have to come back once we use the product...”

“Toner cartridge did not work. Once inserted in printer it began making a gosh-awful racket (rapid clicking noise) and then, when I removed it, it dumped black toner powder all over the front cover of printer, the floor, and a piece of newspaper I had handy (thank goodness). Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed. And, yes, I'm certain I inserted cartridge correctly. I will, of course, expect a FULL REFUND after your defective toner has been returned to you. What a waste of time!”

“Prior to using ink cartridges from Ink Toner Store I was using another company's compatible cartridges. However, I noticed yellow vertical streaks on each printed page. I called the company and they had me send back the cartridges and sent me some more. Same problem. At first I thought it was my printer but the same problem occurred when using the cartridges in my husband's printer. I found the Ink Toner Store. No more streaks and pricing is great.”

“the toner works great, do you want the empties back ? Provide a return shipping label with the delivery and you can refill them and save the expense of mfg a new one. if two are ordered send a label for each.”

“I gave inktonerstore a very good rating for the easy online purchase and the fast delivery of the product that I ordered. It came packed and boxed properly and in a secure manner. The toner drum that I ordered for my Brother MFC 8440 Laser Printer requires some effort to remove once it is installed (not an oem product) into the machine as it does not exactly match the original Brother design. But it does work fine and produces quality printed pages and completes the functions that the customer requires and that it was designed to do. I would purchase another of these drum products in the future if needed as long as it produces the indicated 20000 pages written on the box. All in all, a good buy and price in relation to the OEM Product priced at almost $200.”
