“I wasn’t sure this was going to work. The unit looked a little different than the original, but it snapped in place perfectly and the first copy came out crisp and clean with sharp black print. Several copies later still perfect”

“Product response was excellent but found out after having the printer serviced the new replacement was not needed. When the present cartridge is no longer usable I'll have a backup to use. I'm certain the service I received will match the product quality.”

“I called to confirm that the full toner set I needed was immediately available. While on the phone I asked about another toner that, if this first order worked as well as their claims, I'd also need to order. I was very pleased with the customer service. All of my questions were answered and my order shipped SUPER FAST! The toners work great and I look forward to being a regular customer! Thanks for the great service and product!”

“They came and were about 1/2 price of brand name ones. I install them and got the printer all going. Had a line at first but after 3 copies it was gone and they are working great. They also have more ink in them compared to the other ones. So they should last a while. Good product and a good price.”

“Customer service was excellent. I know we all want the perfect product the first time out of the gate, but reality is that some times the product doesn't work. When I had a problem with my cartridge I notified Ink Toner and they did what they said when they said they would. I know that when my next cartridge runs dry, I will return.”

“I purchased a set of 4 image rollers for my color laser printer. They arrived in perfect condition. They fit the printer correctly. They seem to be working well. Time will tell if they are really good, but so far I'm optimistic. Ordering was easy, and the package arrived quickly.”
