“Product received was wrong and we did not receive all of the order. A return was issued and an RMA received. The customer service representative Maria was very rude and not helpful to us in assisting with the return. Her emails were rude and not clear and she was rude on the phone as well. We then spoke with another person after not being able to communicate with Maria and that person in customer service was also very rude and not helpful and told us they would be closing our account once this transaction was completed. This was our first and last time to try ink toner store.”

“I am a Small Business owner , and time is Money!! in my work, I print several hundred pages a day without blinking an eye.... I ran out of toner. went to the store (s) ( more Than One) to get a replacement. NONE of the great Office Supply Stores on every corner had what I needed. I could order it and 2 days pick it up.... also $100.00 shelf price a single cartridge.... needless to say: I lost a half a day looking and driving and came back empty handed. I searched several websites and they did not have my specific brand and type of toner. The InkTonerStore had what I needed, I ordered 3 so I wouldn't be left stranded again. 1 day shipping I paid extra for because I was in a hurry. note I paid for all 3 and shipping and only spent more than pocket change for all 3 compared to the "" Office Supply Great Ones "" single cartridge... all is well now , when number 3 goes in I'll order more from here . I had it within 36 hours of my order . I had to wait but had a slow back up printer to keep me excited anticipating my toner arriving for the high speed printer. :) yes . good service is what everyone wants , the correct product is what everyone wants , and sometimes very quick service . 5 stars for all !!!
