“I called when I thought the toner cartridge did not fit i my machine. So I called your help number and a live person answered the phone. She explained what I had forgotten, the cartridge fit into the cassette in the machine. Voila! Problem solved in about a minute. In store is a winner in the customer service world. Thanks, Gerry”

“I have purchased from this site before and always have been happy. I bought a quantity of 3 this time because of a promotion. I installed the first toner cartridge and there was toner on the edges of my copies. I decided to open and try the second and it worked perfect. Hoping the third one is ok when I need it.”

“I was nervous buying laser toner over the internet, but living out in the sticks I am forced to. I was VERY pleased at how easy it was to order and how very quickly it came - within two days and free shipping! That means a lot.
