“The delivery and shipping was the fastest of all ohers. The toner cartridges are not very full. I suppose that is a function of the low price.”

“Decided to try Inktonerstore and inserted the newly arrived toner cartridges - none worked. Contacted inktonerstore and within three days I had new toner cartridges that have been inserted and are working properly. Definitely will use them again due to the impeccable customer service of Maria!”

“They had the parts I needed at a very good cost but the extra money for 2 day shipping didnt work. Fed Ex took 5 days to deliver package but inktoner gave the extra shipping charges back. Good company but use UPS for shipping.”

“Order arrived promptly. When I called about a problem with my printer accepting the brand compatible cartridges I was able to quickly reach someone who instructed me how to solve the problem. However, I would strongly suggest that instructions how to deal with this apparently frequently occurring problem be included in the shipment of compatible but off-brand laser printer cartridges. be included in the pack”
