“The web store was very easy to use and I was able to find the HP-substitute toners I needed immediately. The prices were better than other sites I researched. I was concerned about quality. I read many reviews and the general consensus of past customers was that they were happy with the quality. My toners came very quickly and in good packaging. I installed them the same day I received them. They fit perfectly, even though they were not genuine HP. I followed HP's instructions for calibration and the test prints were perfect. I have been using them for the last week and every copy has been fine. I will definitely purchase again, as long as these things continue to work as well as they have so far.”
