“5 Star Service! At a time when the mail was (is) very unreliable - InkTonerStore.com initiated use of UPS to ensure their product was delivered on a timely basis. I called to inquire about the status of my order and they shared this decision to expedite packages - mine actually arrived the next day after the call. I'm very appreciative of their kind and effective customer service.”

“My shipment arrived very quickly, I had problems with my printer not recognizing the new cartridge, I thought it was the wrong one but when I called it was fix right away I just had to reset my printer. So I am very satisfied with the product and their customer service.”

“The purchasing process on the website was very good, and I received my order on-time. My only complaint (minor) was that I placed an order by accident and then placed the correct order. I called and left both a phone message and email message to cancel the first order. The first order was cancelled, but I never received a response to either the email or phone call.”

“I am happy with Ink Store Product and service. I was having trouble with my printer and through patience and discovery, it was found that I had the wrong ink cartridge. Then they sent me a new one. I don't think I would have figured this out on my own.”
