“I received two black ink cartridges and installed one ink cartridges which did not work. Call InkTonerStore customer service. Great customer service, while on the phone I tried the second black ink cartridge and it did not work either. I was told i would receive two ink cartridges to replace the two ink cartridges. However only one ink cartridge was received. I am sure just an oversight on customer service, but now I have to take time to call to sort out why I did not receive two black ink cartridges. Otherwise I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars.”

“Ordered a toner for the dell E515dw The toner works perfectly, no problems at all installing. Better than paying for a dell toner at 3 times the price.”

“I have now dealt with the Ink Toner Store and found the personnel to be very cooperative. When my first printer went bad they allowed me to return the unused cartridges back to them for credit. Many companies would have said since you bought them you own them. Not this one. The second order arrived within two days of ordering. There will be more orders. Thanks.”

“I have placed two orders with the InkTonerStore and have been very pleased with the speed and accuracy of delivery. I also contacted customer service once and the gal I spoke with was not only very helpful, but she was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I will continue to place my toner orders with the InkTonerStore.”

“The toner from the ink toner site worked incredibly well in my Samsung laser printer. I have only installed the black toner due to the fact that the remaining three colors had not expired yet. The black toner worked flawlessly. I have been advised by the ink toner representative that any issues I encounter with remaining tonersWill be addressed expeditiously. Mike B”

“Ink Toner Store replacement ink and toner cartridges are reliable, cheap and durable. In the event there is a problem, they are on top of the situation and provide resolution quickly. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I am now a devoted customer. No reason not to save money!”
