“InkTonerStore is beyond amazing. Their customer service is excellent, their products are inexpensive yet durable and preform just as great. I was paying $153 per toner for the HP LaserJet M553 printers at our company. Mind you, we have 3.. So, I started researching for better deals. I finally found InkTonerStore and I've been satisfied ever since. I have even dealt with receiving a malfunctioning toner, due to the shipping company not being fragile with their shipments. InkTonerStore made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was take pictures of the toner part and how it printed pink all over the page. Their staff was so friendly and great, Within one day they overnight-ed another magenta toner to us. That is why I will always stay a loyal customer. You can not find that quality of customer service with returns, now a days. It's been 2 years I have been buying toner for all the printers at my company which is like 12. That was the one and only time I have ever got a defective toner. Like I said I do believe that was due to the shipping company but the whole point is, InkTonerStore handled it so well and even joked about it with me over email. So I highly recommend them.”

“I made a mistake on the order and called to make a correction. The phone was answered immediately by a very polite person who resolved the problem. I placed the order on Friday and the toner was delivered on Monday, exactly as promised. I have saved the site to my favorites.”
