“My toner was low for two years. Finally found an exact replacement and Printer works fine again. Not worth tossing a perfectly good laser printer because local stores do not carry toner replacement.”

“You had the toner we needed. Your prices are competitive. Your shipping covered more than one cartridge. You answered your phone. Your personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. “the toner cartridge came extremely well packaged and in a short amount of time - less than a week I think. The only problem I had was pulling out the sealing tape. It would stretch but would not come out and reading the caution message about not pulling at an angle and if it breaks before it is all the way out you can't use the cartridge had me scared!! I had to ask my son to do it for me and even he had some difficulty. But it is in and working perfectly so I guess that is what is most important.”

“Our college was going through budget cuts, and had opted not to supply any more cartridges for our office laser printers. This put our instructors in a bind, as we all had to print to one copier, which was often in use printing exams and we could not get copies we needed on the way to class. I shopped around on the internet and came up with your website. Your advertisement stated 100% compatible guaranteed cartridges for a GREAT price, plus free shipping, so I decided to try it. I was amazed that my new refurbished cartridge was here in two days, and has worked like a charm! I gave your website to all the instructors in our building, and I think they have all ordered one! “We have been using InkTonerStore for 2 years now. For 14+ year prior, we would only use HP branded cartridges. I finally tried them, and we get as much, if not more, yield from InkToner's replacement cartridges than we did from the HP's (we use 8543x) at about 40% of the cost. I feel like an idiot for having wasted so much money on OM cartridges in the past.”
