“I was extremely afraid that buying might be a problem with my HP printers. I took the chance. The shape of the toner cartridges did not match what I was replacing, but they have been installed and all is well. I can't justify HP's high prices. If ITS can make them at a more reasonable price.... WHY CAN'T HP?”

“The toner arrived in a timely manner. There were no instructions and I had a difficult time getting my printer to accept a generic toner but finally succeeded. HP makes it difficult but that’s not the inktonerstore problem, except it would have been nice to have someone to call/ chat”

“The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because this is my first time ordering from InkTonerStore. So far, so good. I chose this store not because of price, but because of the gaurantee it offered. I recently purchased refilled cartridges from another store and they were dried out and did not work with my printer. This cartridge is working well with my HP 3800. It came professionally packaged, and of course stated a satisfaction guarantee. I am getting ready to order an additional cartridge. It looks like this company is on track with quality and customer service.”

“Orderd a Samsung printer toner cartridge. Arrived on time but did not work. I called and they sent me a new one right away and that one works well. Not perfect at first, but after a few pages were printed, it was fine.”

“The review would have been much higher if the InkTonerStore would have explained the effectiveness of replacing the DR420 Drum Unit would make. I would have purchased the Drum Unit a couple of years earlier than I did. Thank you for at least providing the Drum Unit but you may want to have the Drum effectiveness in clearing up messy printers so your subscribers can benefit from a replaced Drum Unit. Thank you, Mark Morris”
