“I Received my Ink Toner Cartridge very quickly, within 1`o 2 days from ordering. Since I purchased this as a back-up toner, actually opening it, installing it and evaluating the quality of its printing, I can let you know in about 7 or 8 months. Don't do much printing, but my Brother printer is such a work horse, I like to have a "fresh" cartridge if and when I need it. .”

“They have good prices for the cartridges. One problem I've had is with residual toner getting on the copies making them look dirty. Cleaning the Drum and the cortron doesn't make a difference as the cartridge leaks toner out and from the edges of the cartridge. Other than that they are a great buy.”

“This was the first time I have ordered a replacement drum from InkTonerStore. So far it works quite well, perpetuating the life of my ten-year-old machine. Of course, it cost much less than the manufacturer's replacement drum that preceded it, as have the many toner cartridges I have ordered from this same store.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, I had a Dell printer with toner 1125 (310-9319) , which I used for many years. Unfortunately,this model may be too old or not popular anymore, I ordered 2 times from your store, and all of it was too dried and no ink on the paper after printing. this is why I request for refund. I don't have working toner now, it will force me to give up my old printer and buy a new printer in order to have a suitable toner. Thank you for your good service lady on the phone, I shall buy toner from you after I change to another brand of printer. Thank you. Sincerely, from Joseph.”

“I very much appreciate the cheap recycled ink I've bought from you guys, especially as it works with my ancient printer. Unfortunately in the last batch I received there was a dud cartridge, that's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. I understand that this stuff happens, it's no big deal. Thank you!”

“I have only placed 2 orders so far, but my order both times has shipped out the same day I ordered it. The first order came within a few days. The other I just placed yesterday so I don't know if it will come as quick but I think it will. I have not had issues yet so I don't know how their customer service is.”
