“The drum you sent me for my Brother DCP 7020 printer is almost perfect. It isn't quite as good as what Brother makes, but it is very fine, especially saving me many $$$$. Thanks for being there. I also like the idea that you said you guarantee your products. That means I will be coming back for more of your products.”

“Prices were very very reasonable however one toner cartridge did not work. They made a Valiant effort to replace it three times but it still did not work. However three of the four cartridges I bought in the four pack did work and that saved me a lot of money. Very professional group. Will still order in the future”

“Stephanie is an excellent customer service representative. When I received a defective toner cartridge, she graciously dispatched a replacement which arrived in a week. Since it also turned out to be defective, I'm obviously not pleased with the quality of Ink Toner's compatible E40 toner cartridge and will not be ordering it again.”

“The price is really good and shipping was excellent. I ordered magenta, cyan and black cartridges for my Epson XP-310 The magenta & cyan cartridges refilled my printer without issue. My printer didn't recognize the black and wouldn't load before a lot of tweeking. The cartridge didn't look like the other two, but I eventually got it to work. As I said the M & C looked just like my original Epson Cartidges. In the all is well and I'll probably order again.”

“In general, I have had good luck with buying toner and drums for my Brother printer/copiers. Out of over 20 toners, I have had one that did not work and one that only lasted a short time. Still a decent savings.”
