“The proof of quality service in any company is when things go wrong, how the company fixes the problem..... I purchased ink cartridges which didn't work in my HP 8710 printer......the printer displayed a message that "firmware stopped the printer from using the not-HP cartridges"....... the Ink Toner Store immediately refunded my money. They were on it!!!! 5-star service all the way around!”

“This is a great toner. Easy to install. So much cheaper than Stables and Samsung. It works and copies very clear. Already going to order another to have as backup because print do much. Great service,good price, and fast delivery.”

“Service has been great. Products are reliable, priced well compared to others suppliers, quick delivery and they stand behind their product. Received one damaged item and from a phone call, they were willing to quickly replace/refund it. All other items have been received in good working order.”

“Wouldn't you know it! Getting ready to print some critical papers and I see the ink is about done. It had been awhile, so couldn't locate our last source of ink cartridge for our HP 4000. A quick internet search and I landed on Inktonerstore. Prices looked great, they had inventory and said they could ship. Ship they did - on time, on product, as promised. Will certainly do business again.”

“I Ordered a drum for my Brothers printer. When I received one which did not fit even though the code was correct, I called the company. Before I could send an email, I received a call. I explained what happened. They mentioned they get replacement drums from several companies and would send me a new one at no cost. I received the replacement 2 days later. I was impressed with their customer service and their professionalism, especially the customer rep I spoke with.”
