I ordered a toner cartridge and didn't see any progress in the shipping with the tracking number. My inquiry brought an immediate response including both an email and a phone call from Jamie. Somewhere between the InkTonerStore and UPS the item was lost but, rather than any finger-pointing, Jamie sent out another cartridge and pursued the shipping problem with the original cartridge directly with UPS.
