“I cancelled toner cartridge order just a few hours after online order. Toner was delivered anyway. Spoke w/rep there who said I would have to take to UPS store for return to get full credit. Explained to person at store who made note. However, cartridge landed back on doorstep following day. UPS is 15 min. drive each way. Can someone not just send me new label to get this cartridge properly returned? I've worked with PSN online ink cart. supplier (Burbank, CA) for my business previously. Unless this is more easily resolved, I will advise my clients to support suppliers that are more customer-service oriented.”

“Promise return for any reason, but when I asked for shipping label they make you jump through hoops like taking pictures of the product. Crappy cartridges with no useful warranty. I had to but full price from the store because of this waste of time.”

“i would get my ink from the inkTonerStore again due to the fact that lower prices and fast service. When I looked other places for ink for my HP printer i was shocked at the prices but when I looked at inktonerstore.com there prices was way better.”

“I was in a hurry to get a new cartridge for my laser jet printer. Every other vendor was charging over $50. Ink Toner was the only company charging less. I was skeptical, but after reading positive reviews I took a chance. It 2 days to receive my order and it works perfectly. Glad I did not go with the name brand or buy it through Amazon. I will buy through Ink Toner again!”

“I don’t have a negative comment but the ink cartridges received do not work with my Brother MFC J995DW. When I attempted to install the cartridges the copy machine refused to accept it. I had ran out of the yellow cartridge , why it did what it did is beyond my comprehension. I had to remove it and placed another cartridge but not one you sent me. I am hoping to return the cartridges for a refund. You were prompt and no problem, it just won’t work on my copy machine.”
