“I'm a long time customer. On 1/3/25,by order #100282601, I purchased a 5 pack of toner. As of today, the order has not arrived. I checked on line and it appears the order is in West Chester, PA. I ordered well in advance of time in need. Now I'm faced with having to buy a cartridge at an Office Depot for a price above what I paid for the 5 pack. Tried repeatedly to contact the telephone # on the order confirmation for answers, but no answer. If you are serious, please call me at (727) 576-8378.”

“There was an error with my order. I left a message for customer service and was contacted quickly. Lisa in customer service expedited shipment of a replacement which arrived in 36 hours. I have been an Ink Toner Store customer for a while and never had a problem, but it is good to know they will respond effectively if you do.”

“It would have been nice if the instructions mentioned that the orange pieces needed to be removed from the ink cartridges before they could be installed in my printer. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing.”

“The toner came in a timely fashion. Although it isn’t a “name brand” it seems to be working fine, and at a considerably lower price. I can not attest to the amount of ink/toner in the cartridge at this time.”
