“working good”

“I have ordered printer cartridges twice from these folks and both times everything was perfect. The cartridges worked flawlessly, they arrived the day after I ordered them and they were the least expensive option out there. They were almost half the price of the "official" cartridge I was "supposed" to use. I have never called a company to complain or congratulate their service, but after this last order arrived in less than 24 hours(normal shipping, by the way), I called them right up and thanked them! I have never been so impressed with a company's service.”

“Actually I need to return the item because It didn't work on my computer. After my son installed it the paper jammed every time I tried to print. Although the message on the printer had called for a new drum and not a new ink cartridge, fortunately we had kept the old drum which we reinstalled with a new ink cartridge and it works fine. What do I need to do to return your drum for a refund? Patricia Davis”

“They told me it would be a week or two before the package would arrive and it arrived 2 days later. What a nice surprise. I am very happy with the product and the delivery, especially the price. I don't know why the printer manufacturers have to charge so much for their toner. Maybe this will make them drop their prices.”
