“I'm glad this option for toner is available. I'm very satisfied with the results. The only concern I have is that my printer makes a loud clunking sound when getting ready to print with these cartridges! :)”

“Better directions on what to expect when you have replaced ink. why does it register low ink/ I took it out and shook again and replaced it! I had ink on me doing this! I never saw any way of communicating with your company!”
