“They inadvertently send the wrong item which was a second toner cartridge instead of a toner drum. A quick phone call and they agreed with me and immediately sent out the toner drum. They said I should keep the additional toner cartridge instead of returning it. They were excellent in addressing the situation and I will continue to do business with them in the future.”

“Yes, I ordered a toner cartridge replacement for my old Brother-7840W printer. The price was good and I received the cartridge quickly. I put the new cartridge in, printed, and voila...it was like new again. Thank you”

“To whom it may concern, I highly recommend the InkToner Store if you need any of their products! “I have ordered ink from the InkToner Store for the last few years and I have been very pleased! The ink is much more affordable than other places and I have never had an issue. Super easy online ordering. I did call customer service once with a question and they answered right away and were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Ink Toner Store.”

“I could not get the products to work so I called to see what to do. I had done all the young lady asked and then she asked if I had reset the printer since I had pulled out the cartridges and then the tray to check that. Imagine that!
