“first time I've need ink for my canon laser printer....took a chance, but the outcome was a good one....cartridges were shipped free and arrived in a timely manner....very pleased....everything arrived well packaged and no damage and easy to follow direction included.....literally took minutes to install....”

“I was amazed how quickly the toner I ordered was mailed and delivered. It was mailed out the day I ordered it and arrived a couple of days later. That is important when a work stoppage can occur due to the printers not having toner!”

“I don't use your ink any longer. Having an Epson with colored ink didn't work for me as I used the colored ink so rarely that when I did use it, it was no longer viable.”

“Better directions on what to expect when you have replaced ink. why does it register low ink/ I took it out and shook again and replaced it! I had ink on me doing this! I never saw any way of communicating with your company!”
