“Excellent products. I had recently replaced the original Brother drum with another brand and about 1/4 of the duplex (both sides of the paper) pages were being torn. I purchased both the toner and drum the InkToner Store. Everything printed perfectly. No jams. No torn pages. Why did I choose InkToner Store? They are ISO 9001 certified; they have a Lifetime guarantee on their products and they have excellent customer support by telephone.”

“Ordering is simple and delivery is quick. I have been purchasing generic cartridges for my color printer and have been unable to tell the difference other than the steep discount to OEM cartridges. The risk is low and the quality is high.”

“Why pay retail when you can get the same product (sans brand name) for a great discount? But it doesn't stop there. The InkTonerStore team is super responsive and very customer focused which is rare and getting rarer by the day. If there is an issue of any kind, they will make it right. We are super happy with their products AND customer service!”

“We tried them because of a really good price on a hard-to-find toner we needed. It worked great and led to more purchases. We had a recent issue with an item and the response from customer service was fast and thorough. They replaced the item for free and provided extra help and follow-through to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend.”

“The item came quickly. The problem is that the printer can not read the toner as in the machine. It keeps saying it is not locked in correctly. I have removed and replaced the cartridge a number of of times. The problem is probably the printer. We will be getting a new printer.”
