“I had a problem with a copier drum not working properly. The management was very responsive and immediately shipped out another brand replacement which works fine!”

“Unfortunately, the drum kit (and toner) that were purchased were not compatible with the Okidata B411d. The staff was helpful and worked with me to try to figure out why the drum & toner were not working. The conclusion was that there was a problem on the manufacturing side that made the drum (and likely toner cartridge) not function properly in the B411d. InkTonerStore refunded the drum & toner purchase - which was an acceptable solution under the circumstances. Trouble-Shooting Note: I purchased a used B411d, and was initially receiving a similar error message trying to get that one up and running. I found a video from Israel (very little English) that FIXED the problem on the used machine by removing, cleaning and replacing the Front Assembly of the Duplex Assembly. The drum from the used machine worked on my old machine after cleaning/replacing the Duplex Asbly, but your drum would not work on either machine, strongly indicating that your drum IS the faulty part.”

“My LaserJet 3050 is an older model printer. Jamie was incredibly helpful related to tech issues as to why my printer was not working with the generic ink toner that I had purchased. Even the customer service reps at HP did not know what the core problem was and were trying to sell me a new printer. She was able to talk me through and resolve the issues so that the generic ink toner worked perfectly. Jamie is kind, caring, very knowledgeable, and efficient in assisting her customers. I highly recommend this company for the purchase of ink Toner. They stand behind their products.”

“I do a lot of volunteer work from my home laptop and Brother MFC printer and have been a customer of InkToner for a couple of years now. InkToner's cartridges are of comparable quality to OEM but at a fraction of the cost. The product is usually delivered within one or two days. Thank you for this affordable and reliable service.”

“I choose Ink Toner Store because they are significantly less expensive. They shipped within one business day and it was received two days later. It works perfectly. However, I realized why it is less expensive. Most toner cartridges are high capacity volume. This one is definitely not. I was very surprised at its small size. It wasn't apparent when purchasing that this cartridge had less capacity. Otherwise it is fine.”

“I have ordered printer cartridges twice from these folks and both times everything was perfect. The cartridges worked flawlessly, they arrived the day after I ordered them and they were the least expensive option out there. They were almost half the price of the "official" cartridge I was "supposed" to use. I have never called a company to complain or congratulate their service, but after this last order arrived in less than 24 hours(normal shipping, by the way), I called them right up and thanked them! I have never been so impressed with a company's service.”
